Portland has a great network of trails that are overseen by the Portland Trails organization.  These include the Eastern Prom Trail (short by scenic), the Back Cove Trail (which is a perfect 3.5 mile loop), The Harborwalk Trail (from the East End to Bug Light Park in SoPo), Mackworth Island (home to the Baxter School for the Deaf), and many others.

Ultimate Frisbee
www.portlandultimate.com
Has all the details on ultimate in Portland.  The Summer League is up to 30 teams and grows each year.  2 game a week in the warmer months.  Keep checking for 2008 registration info and the draft date.  Of course there is also some info on Portland's club teams, Red Tide and Gale Force.  Back in August of '07, The Press Herald had a good article on the Portland ultimate scene.
